Welcome to Angels, an online service (the “Service”) that allows users to search for and interact with other near-by users, for help, assistance, support, advice or equipment (“Help”). Through the Service, users may access, view and post text and other content regarding the Help they seek or offer (collectively, the “Content”). Our designated application for mobile devices, which constitutes an integral component of the Service, will be referred to as the “App”.

In order to register as a user of the Service, you must have a Facebook account and allow us to access your basic profile information on Facebook, such as your name, age, email address, location and your Facebook friends - for the purposes described in this Policy. You may be able to post images or video on the Service, in which case the App may access your mobile device’s camera, microphone and local storage, in order to capture and retrieve the images and video, and post them on Service.

In order to let you search for and interact with nearby users, we collect information about your geographical location while you use the App.

Chats you engage in, with other users of the Service, are communicated through push notifications. Such chats may contain, or be indicative of, your personal information and other data. We and our service providers may collect and store the content of those chats as well as ancillary information such as the user whom you chatted with and the time of chat.

We may also collect the frequency of your use of the Service, the interactions you have made with the Service’s interface, and Content that you viewed when using the Service and certain information from your mobile device, such as your device’s unique identifier.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about children who are under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use the Service and must not provide any personal details to us.

·         If you have breached the Terms, abused your rights to use the Service, or violated any applicable law. Your information may be shared with competent authorities and with any third party, as may be required;

·         With third parties to whom we believe that we are required by law to disclose your information;

·         With attorneys, courts and relevant third parties, in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind involving you with respect to the Service;

·         If the operation of the Service is organized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (such as due to a merger or acquisition), provided that those entities agree to be bound by the provisions of this Policy, with reasonably necessary changes taken into consideration; and
